Below you'll find some forms that you can fill in depending on what you need. Make sure you use the correct form, and if you really don't know which one to use then just fill out the General Contact form.

Got a question? Found an error? Need to contact the staff? Want to tell us something? Don't know what form to use? Then this is the one for you to fill out!
UPDATE YOUR INFO
Got a new email address? Moved your TCG post somewhere else? That's fine, just fill in the form below to let us know, so that we can update the memberlist with your new info!
LEVEL UP
If you've levelled up, just fill in this form and we'll get your rewards to you as soon as we can. Don't forget that different levels have different rewards, so check the levels page of the playerguide to see how many you're entitled to.
MASTERY
If you've mastered a deck, then fill in this form to let us know! We'll get your rewards to you as soon as we can, and don't forget that different decks have different rewards, so if you're not sure how many choice cards you're entitled to, check the mastery page of the playerguide, or the page of the deck you just mastered.
SHOP REWARDS
If you have collected 10, 20 or 35 items from the Shop of Love, you are entitled to rewards. Check the Shop Rewards page to see how many choice cards you are entitled to.
GAME ANSWER TICKETS
If you'd like to exchange one of your game answer tickets, then this is the place to do it! Remember to keep your ticket on your page until we've replied to you, and then you need to subtract that ticket from your total amount.
HIATUS
If you need to go on hiatus for any length of time, please use this form to tell us. Please also give us a way to contact you while you are gone, so that if you haven't come back by the time you said you would, we can contact you to see what's up and find out if you need longer or if you'd rather quit.
QUITTING
If you really want to quit, then please fill in this form to let us know, rather than just disappearing! Please also take down your TCG post so that other members don't get confused.
STARTING OVER
If you are level 4 or above, then you have the option of "restarting" the game. If you choose to do this, you will delete (or privatise the page and create a new one) all your cards, masteries, coupons, lovebills and your trade log, and basically start from scratch. This is helpful if you feel you have too many cards, haven't organised your post well and don't know where to start, have been out of the game for a while and feel rather overwhelmed, or just plain feel like starting over again. You will be allowed to keep the following: membernumber, membercard, Limited Edition masteries and items. You would be sent a new starter pack and moved back to Level One.
Be sure to tell us what you want as your main collecting deck, and your new URL if you've made a new post for it all. If you won't be changing your URL, please put your current one there.
