Please read through these pages, especially if you are new to TCGs, or if you aren't sure about something. If you can't find your answers here, or if you still don't understand, please do not hesitate to email us. We are more than happy to answer any questions, even if they're really stupid! It's better to ask questions and do things right, than to just fumble along and do things wrong. So don't be shy!

EVENT CARDS

Event cards are special cards that are released to celebrate events, as the name suggests. There are different types of eventcards, such as birthday month eventcards, site landmark eventcards and layout eventcards. The only way that you can collect these is from the updates we make on the main page. Do not take any eventcards from the eventcard page, and you cannot trade the ones you have! The only way you can get them is by keeping an eye on Heartchu, and taking them when we include them in the update posts!

If you weren't a member when a certain event happened, then you cannot take that card. And for the birthday month event cards, you can only take them if that month is your birthday. So if you were born in March, you can only take a March birthday card!

Each eventcard counts towards your total card count.

Remember to put them in your log! It might look a bit like this:
